Talia Corren

Talia Corren

Project Director

Talia Corren has significant experience in articulating mission-based work through a variety of channels. While at Signature Theatre, Talia helped open the $75 million Pershing Square Signature Center. Major accomplishments include leading an exclusive fundraising dinner hosted by Mayor Michael Bloomberg and conceiving branding for “Play it Forward,” a campaign to support the Signature Ticket Initiative. Following Signature, she led all phases of development for the critically acclaimed Soho Rep, increasing Gala table and ticket sales by 50% in one year and launching “The Inner Circle” to generate annual gifts of $2,000. Most recently, she founded The Uprising, an innovative giving circle whose mission is to empower New Yorkers to identify as philanthropists through collective giving. For Advance NYC, Talia leads the fundraising efforts of Classic Stage Company and Saratoga Performing Arts Center, and has managed events for ArtsConnection and Harmony Program. A proud native of Denver, CO, Talia is a graduate of The University of Michigan with degrees in English and Musical Theater. Talia deeply identifies with Leslie Knope and Ruth Bader Ginsberg, and has never met a cheese she wasn't fond of.
