Dani Lencioni has a decade of experience in the nonprofit arts world, with positions in fundraising, programming, administration and education at organizations including the Whitney Museum of American Art, The Public Theater, ASTEP (Artists Striving to End Poverty) and TheatreWorks, Silicon Valley. At AdvanceNYC, Dani manages institutional giving projects for a variety clients, including Youth America Grand Prix, NAMI-NYC Metro, Fiasco Theater, and 826NYC. Her areas of expertise include crafting organizational language and communications, leading projects and teams of all sizes, and building systems and strategies with a focus on organizational health, equity and inclusion. Originally from California, she received degrees in Theater and English from Santa Clara University. Outside of work, you can usually catch Dani with her nose in a book, playing the guitar, hiking, or frequenting the dog parks of NYC with her pup Ziggy Stardust.
