Pam Muñoz (she/her) works with Advance NYC clients supporting strategy and implementation for individual giving, board development, special event organization, and development operations.
She has held various arts-focused positions prior to joining Advance NYC and most recently served as a Board Liaison and Development Associate at Playwrights Horizons. Her development experience includes CRM management, donor communications, individual giving campaigns, research, and special events. Pam established her roots working with MCC Theater early in her career as an Assistant Director and Artistic Intern. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Boston University where she was an active member of Alianza Latina, the People of Color Coalition, and also co-founded the #PoorAtAPrivateUniversity support group as featured on the Boston Globe.
When away from her desk, Pam can be found at home watching a wide array of shows such as Love Island, Law and Order, and Ted Lasso. She loves art that has something to say and dabbles with dramedy screenwriting and sketchwriting whenever she has a spare moment.
